Did you know that about jalapeno?

Last Saturday I met with some girls in Sausalito. One of them has the most fantastic hair I had ever seen. I mean, judge for yourself by looking at this picture here.
When asked what she does to her hair, she did not throw something outrageously expensive or hard to get. No. Her answer was Jalapeno peppers.
Do not worry, it is not the eating them that does the job, it`s the juice.
Apparently, she had been going through some major hair loss when she moved to the States few years ago, and nothing seemed to help, until she started putting freshly squeezed jalapeno juice mixed with two tablespoons of burdock oil on her scalp for one hour, once a week.
The results? Hair stopped falling out. Look at the mane she has now!
I am a curious person with a lot Why? questions. So, today I actually asked my acupuncturist as to why spicy stuff like peppers` juice would contribute to healthy hair. He said it is because hot stuff like that would improve blood circulation, and bring in nutrients to the surface, strengthening the follicles.
I did this on myself last night: juice of one medium size jalapeno pepper (I juiced it through the garlic grater) and two tablespoons of grape seed oil. It burned on my scalp, but nothing too painful. And when I washed my hair an hour later, much less hair came out! Seriously, I am impressed. And that stuff only cost me few bucks at the local store. Go try, see for yourself.
